At Demo2, we are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to lead our strategic partnerships and drive business growth. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue and expand our market reach.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualification

  • Proven experience in partnership management, with a strong understanding of partnership development, negotiation, and maintenance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including identifying new business opportunities and negotiating partnership agreements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership initiatives, including marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and product launches.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute partnership strategies.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, including training and development programs to ensure partnership success.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities to expand Demo2's market reach and revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, including regular communication and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
