  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization strategies to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of marketing professionals to achieve shared goals.

  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer marketing, such as AI-powered marketing and customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth, aligned with the company's business objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, including sales enablement, product promotions, and customer advocacy programs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product teams.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and ROI-based decision-making.

  • Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality results.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize results.
