As a Shift Allowance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate calculation and implementation of shift allowance for our employees. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including finance, HR, and management teams, to ensure seamless integration of shift allowance into our overall compensation structure.
