At Demo2, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a VH Demo Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase our innovative products to potential customers, providing them with a hands-on experience and demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
As a VH Demo Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure that demos are tailored to each customer's unique needs and pain points. You will have the opportunity to hone your communication and presentation skills, as well as develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the success of our organization.
Reels: Proficiency in operating and setting up reels for product demos is essential for this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that all demos are set up correctly and run smoothly, making this a critical skill for success in the position.
Certification: A relevant certification in a related field is preferred, as it demonstrates a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise. However, we are open to candidates who do not yet hold a certification but have strong relevant experience.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications of our solutions. Collaborate with sales team members to tailor demos to each customer's specific needs and pain points.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales team members and other stakeholders to ensure that demos are integrated seamlessly into the sales process. Provide feedback and insights to help improve the overall customer experience.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner, building rapport and trust. Provide clear and effective explanations of our products and their value proposition.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and competing solutions. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand your product knowledge and presentation skills.
