Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

  • Proven experience in managing Paid Search Campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving results

  • Proficient in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) activities and strategies, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to optimize conversion rates and improve overall website performance to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Paid Search Campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and drive conversions. Having expertise in this area will be crucial to effectively reach our target audience and maximize ROI.

  • Lead CRO activities to improve website performance and enhance user experience, ultimately increasing conversion rates. Your skills in this area will directly impact the success of our digital marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations for campaign optimization. Your ability to provide valuable insights will guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by effectively communicating ideas, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving projects to completion. Your leadership will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Tealbox remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Your proactive approach to learning and adapting will be vital in keeping our strategies competitive and effective.

  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
