• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Collaborating with design and product teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Providing accurate time estimates on tasks and consistently delivering high-quality work

• Guiding and mentoring junior developers in the team
