With a minimum of 10-15 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in UI/UX, SaaS, Product Thinking, Design Thinking, Prototyping, Figma, and User Research to our dynamic team.

Skills & Qualification

• Expertise in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of Product Thinking and Design Thinking methodologies, enabling the creation of innovative and effective solutions.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, allowing for the rapid creation and testing of design concepts.

• Ability to conduct user research, gathering insights to inform design decisions and ensure user satisfaction.

• Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and design SaaS product features and enhancements.

• Drive the user experience of our SaaS products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with our overall business strategy.

• Lead user research initiatives, gathering insights to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across our SaaS products.

• Create and present design concepts, prototypes, and user flows to stakeholders, using Figma and other prototyping tools.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
